ITH gold in the ground is currently 7.5 dollars an oz.
I know it is low grade, but what are comparables in buy-outs recently?

One comparable would be Hochschild buying Andina Minerals, November 2012. Their value was $9 /oz
Another would be Argonaut Gold buying Prodigy Gold Oct 2012 for $43/oz.

I too am a shareholder; at a loss at the moment.
My biggest worry is not about the quality of the property, but that they might accept a buy-out offer at double the current price. This would still cause me a loss.
Up 3.3% today.
